- Client Version — A clear, easy-to-follow log tailored for you (the homeowner or owner). It keeps you informed about key milestones, decisions, and next steps without technical overload.
- Internal Version — Our detailed operational log used by the Kiker team to manage the day-to-day execution.

Owner — Kell Kiker
I am born and raised in Ellijay GA. North GA is my home, somewhere I take pride in living and honored to share this way of life with the customers we work with.

Founded in 2020 and proudly serving Georgia for the past five years, Kiker Construction & Development is a family-owned residential and commercial builder dedicated to turning visions into enduring spaces where life unfolds.
In house work
There are certain items that we do that are in house. Items like, trim, setting your windows and doors, hanging your pictures and mirrors (items that are final touches or crucial parts to ensure longevity) but we are mainly a subcontracting company.
For one reason, I am a believer that it is impossible to be a professional at every single trade. Your framers are not the best trim guys, your roofers are not the best tile guys. Me personally, I am terrible at drywall but we know all the guys that are efficient, affordable and true professionals. We strive in our communication, planning and holding other people's standard of work to our own standards.

We are active contributors to the North Georgia community through Gilmer, Pickens, and Fannin Chamber organizations for our local setting.
